Originating from Pennsylvania, a small town near Pittsburgh, Toni Bish has been crafting hair color and cuts that fit people’s lifestyles, for over 10 years. She specializes in creating looks that grow out well over time to allow for lower maintenance. 

When looking up the definition of ‘creator’ in the dictionary, you get ‘a person or thing that brings something into existence’.  This word perfectly defines Toni b. Creator. She has the ability to shape and contour faces, and textures with her cutting and coloring techniques.
